Notes: Kroger has some great sales this week, so it turned out that a have a pretty well divided shopping list. The key is to do the calculations (price divided by quantity) to compare. It also gives me a picture of what foods are actually more expensive overall. For example, bananas and potatoes are very inexpensive and nutritious, so that will go into my meal planning for next week. Organic milk was much lower this week, so I will by double and stock-up for next week. By writing down prices, it gives me an overall picture of how to economize better next week. You can track prices in a simple composition notebook.
