FRESH PRODUCE
O sweet potatoes, 2 large
O green apples, 2 large
O yellow onion, ½ cup
O celery, ¾ cup
O carrots, ½ cup
O garlic clove, 5
O sliced mushrooms, 3 cups
O red onion, ¼ cup
O parsley, ¼ cup fresh
O romaine lettuce, 1 head
O lemon, 1 optional
 
MEAT
O pork chops, 4
O ground beef, 1 lb. lean
O skinless chicken breast, 1½ lb.
 
DAIRY
O butter, 4 tbsp.
O cream, ½ cup
O Feta cheese, ¼ cup
 
PACKAGED
O beef broth, 3½ cups
O pinto beans, 2-15 oz. cans
O chicken broth, 3 cups
O Quinoa, 1 cup uncooked
O Chick Peas, 1-15 oz. can
O Kalamata olives, ¼ cup
O white bread cubes, 4 cups
O golden raisins, ¾ cup
O white rice, 1 cup
O sliced almonds, ¼ cup
 
 
HAVE ON HAND
Balsamic vinegar, EVOO, salt, pepper, poultry seasoning, cinnamon, chili powder, flour, oregano, cumin, white wine, cayenne, green beans, parsley, red pears (opt.)
