God made children smart, that much is evident, as I watch how much my little one learns during everyday play. She loves her drawer in the homeschool room. Because I want to give her well-planned books & rich experiences (not random), I'm Presenting: Nursery Term I(1 Minute Tour) - a play and learn curriculum for my family and yours . . .
When you look at our Nursery Curriculum, you will notice that it has 5 areas of play and learn studies:
Bible Stories & Songs
Letters & Numbers
Art & Music
Science & Social Studies
Plus, Play Outdoors daily.
These are things we are already doing, but I wanted an orderly plan and the best, age-appropriate resources . This takes planning!
#2 Book List
The next column gives you the Full Year Book List. One of our five criteria for choosing books is to be affordable. Our Total Cost is $58 or less.
In addition, you will see our Term I Classic Stories. You can easily see or order all books with the links here.
#3 Weekly Scheduling Chart
Finally, our free curriculum guide shows you what to learn each week for Term 1 (weeks 1-12).
We suggest a Nursery Hour which includes lots of outdoor play. It also gives you a focus, farm animals, along with a field trip to a farm.
