First, take a look at the picture of our weekly routine. If you're like me, sometimes I don't get it all done. So Friday, as a catch-all, means that you can catch-up on any unfinished tasks.
I would start by making sure the weekly routine tasks are finished.
Did I ...
If you completed all of the essential tasks, then catch-all can also mean you have time to finish tasks that are not listed, but are glaring you in the face. These tasks are difficult to list, because they are more specific to your home or circumstance. But here are a few from my home that need completed:
I might just work for 15-30 minutes on one of these tasks on Fridays.
The idea for "catch-all" is to build-in a margin into the week. It's not that you have to do extra tasks on Friday, but that you can relax knowing that there is an extra day just in case life happens ... and it often-times does.
If your essential tasks are completed for the week, then Friday can be a day of rest from weekly chores. It feels good to give myself permission to have a free afternoon to do anything I want!
I hope this helps answer the question regarding "catch-all" and again, Janet, thank you for that great question, because it probably was a question in a lot of minds. Have a blessed week ladies.
